Steve Schabow has been a top producing loan officer and manager in the mortgage profession since 2001. After graduating with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, he quickly rose to one of the top five loan officers in the Midwest region, and also had the distinction of being part of the top 25 in the entire company.



After a promotion which brought him to the Pacific Northwest, he consistently built and exceeded company goals, gaining the highest ranking for a branch on the West Coast. In bringing his management talent to his own firm, he founded Bridge City Lending Associates in 2007. Dedicated to making the community a better place to live, he and his wife actively support local initiatives including Public MarketSpace, an online venue dedicated to providing a platform for artists to connect with the public.



Steve’s client service philosophy is contagious, and each loan officer within his company has adopted his high standards of helping individuals and families in Oregon and Washington achieve their dreams of homeownership and financial freedom. In addition to being a strong client advocate with the company’s portfolio of investors, he enjoys outdoors, camping, hiking, and mountain biking. He and his wife Christina reside in Portland with their new son, Nolan.
